Revelation of Christ’s divine nature on the mountaintop

He shone like fire upon the mount.
The Transfiguration revealed the Christ in glory—light without veil.
He showed us what waits beneath the dust.

Look at your reflection in candlelight.
Ask: What in me is yet hidden?
Then light a second flame beside you.
That is your beginning.

Climb, even if only within.
Say: “Let me see what is already true.”
Let your eyes adjust to what has always been radiant.

Then descend again.
Carry the light into the valley.
For what was revealed is not for the mountaintop alone.
